B. Thomas Trotter has led an interesting life. Well educated with over 20 years of leadership experience in a variety of fields including education, healthcare and event security. He has served as an athletic director, a shipping supervisor and an area director for major entertainment and sporting events where those experiences have shaped his view people, relationships and success. Trotter has taken these experiences and combined them with a very dark and depressing time in his life. A small portion of his life has been spent behind bars where the idea for this book was conceived and written. The merging of these life experiences allows for a very honest account of how leadership can be viewed in a very unique and different way.
