Barbara Harris has served as Shape s editor-in-chief since 1987. She is a widely recognized expert on health, fitness, and wellness, and has appeared on Oprah, the Today show, CNN, MSNBC, Access Hollywood, and Entertainment Tonight. Barbara created and leads Shapes always-filled-to-capacity Body Positive workshops at Canyon Ranch Spa, held twice a year in Tucson, Arizona; and Lenox, Massachusetts. She also teaches the Body Positive principles at the Omega Institute. Barbara is a resident of Woodland Hills, California.
