This study is about existing Sharia Supervisory models. It also suggests an alternative model that looks more comprehensive. The IFSI is in dire need of a change that comes from the inside. Practitioners and professionals are accountable for any deficiencies likely to happen that may affect adversely the industry. The two main models known to be successful are the Sudanese and the Malaysian. This study makes a comparative analysis of both models and suggests a global model to ensure best practices in the industry are in place.
