Hardcover, [xx], 306 pages. Fair condition. Fourth edition. Size 7.75"x5.25". Ex-library, label on spine, card pocket on back pastedown, blindstamp & call number in three places in text. Cloth rubbed on extremities. One signature almost detached, several other signatures stressed (not loose) at interior margin. Two leaves (pp273-6) trimmed on fore edge margin. The interior text is complete, clean and unmarked. Includes 101 b&w photo illustrations.
