A curious and very scarce private printing of Shelley's 'Declaration of Rights', supported with letters by Francis Freeling and Chichester Parkinson-Fortescue. Accompanying this copy of Shelley's manifesto are letters obtained through the sale of Sir Francis Freeling's effects, communicated by Mr. Fortescue and intended to give illustrate the fear and vigilance of the government of the day.In the original blue wraps.
