Please find: The Shepherd s Manual- A Practical Treatise on the Sheep Designed Especially for American Shepherds by Henry Stewart. This small hardcover book (5 x 7 ¾ inches, 252 pages) is the illustrated edition published by the Orange Judd Company of New York dated 1876 (with no mention of edition). The book is bound in green cloth with gilt decorations- a gilt cameo of a Ram on the cover- and gilt titles on the spine. Please see the photos of the Table of Contents for your further information. The book is well illustrated, and I found 92 Figures following in the text. Condition: This book is in very good condition. It does appear that the lower right-hand corner of the book was exposed to water as there are tide lines on certain pages. However, the interior pages are mostly clean and bright and without such tide lines and without toning or foxing. The hardcovers are dust-dulled and the gilt a bit muted but still fully legible and attractive. Inside the book is unmarked. Seller Inventory # 26
