Sherman, who lives in the forest with his family folk kin, is a troubled little hedgehog. "His family all knew that sometimes at night, Sherman awoke in a terrible fright." Sherman's worried about so many things he can't sleep at night! This enchanting little story by first time author, June Grubb, explores how worries can creep in to a little ones mind, but also teaches children that they don't have to fear. This book introduces children to Jesus. There are thoughtul questions in the back that may be used by parents and grandparents alike to talk about Jesus - their very best friend - and to teach children about the word of God as a source of peace. Hand-painted, the beautiful and charming illustrations from Vicki Richie help bring Sherman and his world to life for the reader.
