The Shift That Changes Everything: Managing Your Attitude When Life Doesn't Go Your Way

Do you ever wish you could just get over it and feel happy, carefree, and content?

Instead, when life doesn’t seem to go our way, how many of us find ourselves stuck in a cycle of anger, depression, or discouragement? Caught in the middle of the cycle, we say to ourselves, “If only I could just get over this and not let it bother me. Now, that would be so much better!”

You’re not the first person to feel this way, and you certainly won’t be the last. With incredible empathy founded on personal experiences, Pastor Ted Pagel Jr. shows us we can experience a shift that allows us to not only survive difficult circumstances but actually experience true and lasting joy through them.

Armed with Scripture, years of pastoral counseling, and firsthand experiences with life not going as planned, Pastor Ted helps us understand the reasons that we struggle with negativity and gives us practical and attainable steps to shift our attitudes.

God has so much more for you than living your life in a cycle marked by anger, sadness, or guilt, wishing you could get out. Regardless of what life throws your way, He invites you to experience pure joy. Will you open this book and begin the journey of accepting His invitation? It truly will be the shift that changes everything.
