Shigeo Fukuda designed the celebrated official poster for Expo '70 in Japan, and the award-winning international poster commemorating the 200th anniversary of the French Revolution (1989) His publications include Elements of Ideas, Visual Illusions, Shigeo Fukuda's Contrived Designs, Illustrick 412 and Great Works by Shigeo Fukuda He is the president of the Japan Graphic Designers Association (JAGDA), a committee member of the Tokyo Art Director's Club, and a member of Alliance Graphique International (AGI) and the Royal Designers for Industry (RDI)
