Slim volume with navy blue boards,title faded with age on spine and front. No major blemishes, but top of spine and corners rubbed. Inside front cover laid in with staples is a paper guide to where to place orthodic pads. Not sure if this came with book or was added.Author was a professor of Orthopedics. There are 113 listed illustrations and 29 chaptes plus a glossary. A lot of information on this subject in this tiny book.
