Don't Shoot Me.I'm Just the Real Estate Agent!

This book explores 100 current real estate transactions which contain "red flags". A red flag is an indicator that there are, or may be, problems. Agents, Buyers, and Sellers will want to take a good look at the existing situation and determine what, if anything, needs to be done before proceeding. Ignoring these red flags can lead to major troubles; many of these troubles became actual lawsuits. Every topic is followed by suggestions of how to resolve these issues before they develop into problems. Don't make yourself the target!
