Jay Delp is a video producer, video consultant, speaker, trainer, and owner of his own Pennyslvania-based video production company, Jay Delp Productions. A Youth ministry vet for a dozen-plus years, he's produced all kinds of videography seminars and has been published in Youthworker Journal and Good News Almanac.;Joel Lusz has been in family and youth ministry for nearly two decades and is founder and president of Video Nonsense Ministries in Florida, which provides churches and youth ministers with video and book resources. Joel's publishing credits include articles in Youthworker Journal and Group Magazine as well as contributions to several youth ministry books. He speaks at national youth ministry events and seminars.
