Associated author/instructor's paperwork tucked in front and rear pockets, including syllabus of reading assignments, correspondence and the approved 1993 copyright registration for the volume from the U.S. Copyright Office. Binder is lightly soiled, rubbed and edgeworn. The author has highlighted a couple of passages, and made corrections or changes to a few others. Otherwise, a very good copy of a scarce manual.
