Associated author/instructor's paperwork tucked in front and rear pockets, including syllabus of reading assignments, correspondence and the approved 1993 copyright registration for the volume from the U.S. Copyright Office. Binder is lightly soiled, rubbed and edgeworn. The author has highlighted a couple of passages, and made corrections or changes to a few others. Otherwise, a very good copy of a scarce manual. Not in OCLC. Note that this is a heavy and oversized book, so additional postage will be required for international or priority orders. ~RCL~ The author, George T. Moore (1929 - 2015), worked for 38 years as a geologist at Chevron. He had geology degrees from Notre Dame and Indiana University.
