About the Author

Carlo Stephen Ciliberti was born and raised in South Philadelphia. He served in the early Nuclear Submarine Service; had a design-engineering career ranging from drafter to department manager and is a devoted husband, father and grandfather. This is his second book. Previous writing includes a fiction novel and short stories. He lives in New Jersey with his wife, close by their son and his family.
