To the rear endpaper and pastedown there are two newspaper clippings both referencing Bow Church. The smaller clipped has a ink inscription that is dated 31/1/14 and is allegedly from The Times Newspaper. A charming for of local interest, offering an in-depth exploration of this church in Cheapside. With the bookplate of 'Peter Stickley' to the front pastedown who, as stated on the bookplate, appears to have been a parish clerk of St Albans, Wood St. In the publisher's original paper back binding. Externally lightly rubbed to the head and tail of the spine, and also to the extremities. Handling marks to the front and rear boards. Pressure marks from a pencil mark to the front pastedown visible to the front board. Bookplate to the front pastedown, with a pencil inscription at to the front pastedown. Internally firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean with the odd spot to the title page. Very Good Indeed.…
