This is a 1921 printing of the edition first published in 1917. Blue cloth cover with gilt lettering on spine is clean with light wear at head, tail of spine. Binding sound. No ownership marks and the pages are clean and unmarked. There is a short closed tear at the top edge of the last page. With in-text illustrations, plates, and maps. Includes a chronology and bibliography. Lacking DJ. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 474 pages.
