The Sick Leave (Paperback)

Paperback. That deadline which never ends, those endless calls and meetings, the thought of going unemployed in the future, the routine which clocks your day to minutes and seconds, lost passions, the slow and sad hollowing out of relationships, and at the end of it all, to come back to your flat on a weekend, only to face that dark loneliness in a city that offers everything but support and love. This book takes a sick leave from all of these, but can we really ? Can we resign from it all and go away ? The ' Sick Leave' is a collection of short stories about you, and about me, and about the millions in the corporate race. These stories, some from the present, and some from the future, are an attempt to find our real self in the routine, and come out of it all to live again. This item is printed on demand.
