Sight Reading Programme: Study Unit 5 (Volume 5)

Teach someone a tune, and they can play THAT tune. Teach them to read music, and they can play ANY tune. The Elixir Piping and Drumming “Sight Reading” Programme is an eight part series from complete beginner to advanced level. Too often pipers rely on the aural tradition to learn which is very limiting. Sight Reading is a fantastic skill that enables you to play any piece of music with ease. This book should be used in addition to your normal lessons, and conquers the art of sight reading step by step. We recommend starting at Study Unit 1 (even if you feel you are more advanced), to ensure a solid foundation before moving onto more advanced levels. By the end of this series, we guarantee you will be able to read any piece of pipe music with ease. Great tools for both teacher and student E X C E L L E N C E F O R E V E R Y O N E
