About the Author
Chris McAlister has started three businesses and led multiple for-profit and non-profit organizations, both large and small, over the past fifteen years. He has learned the critical junction points needed for the growth of a company, from startup funding and capitalization to long-term growth and life cycle management.
He leads SightShift events for the business and the non-profit sector. He counsels, coaches, and trains leaders of all types.
Working with staff, leadership teams, and individuals, Chris helps leaders see how their internal world drives their external leadership. With this insight he can help participants experience small moments of big change, not only for themselves, but for their organizations as well.
Married to Brandi for 14 years and raising 3 daughters, he knows the pressures, demands, and joys of family life.
