You will never see the world quite the same after A Sign from Heaven.
From an early age, author Nancy A. McGill senses the presence of angels. And though she certainly feels their gravitas, she always considers them friends and protectors. It isn’t until she is older that she realizes not everyone believes in their existence, with many simply chalking up her experiences as childish imaginings.
Then, one cold night in late 1993, what had always been invisible to only her became brilliantly visible to those around her, as well—other witnesses to back up her story. Even so, when McGill tries to tell various priests about what she saw and heard, many are hesitant to believe her.
McGill’s remarkable, real-life account of her angelic encounter and meeting with the Blessed Mother will test not only your faith but also your doubt. Her glorious otherworldly vision carries a message of warning—hinting at the impending devastation of 9/11—and of hope. We are not alone. God does exist and cares deeply about the world. The angels bear witness to that...whether you see them or not.
Born in Scotland, Nancy A. McGill grew up in a close-knit, working-class, traditional Irish-Catholic family. She studied nursing in England, where she practiced for many years before moving to the United States in 1983. After attending Iona College in New York, earning degrees in science and pastoral counseling, she made her home in Manhattan, where she still lives today. Since childhood, McGill has faithfully attended Mass every Sunday and devotes her life to her spiritual beliefs.
