Roosevelt. Inserted are an advertising sheet: "To Escape War Worries Read The Old Books", mentioning 9 available titles, with the lower section of this sheet to be used as an order form, and with the pink paper return envelope for ordering. In the original, light gray postage paid paper mailer, which has been hand-addressed to Cleveland, Ohio based miniature books collector, Ruth E. Adomeit. The sheet shows two central, horizontal folds from mailing, some edge wear, and a small tear, dusting to the paper mailer.
