About the Author
John Siddique is a teacher, writer and poet who has published seven previous books. He runs retreats and classes with students around the world, and his "Self-Acceptance Through Authenticity" course has 20,000 registered students. He offers meditations via the Insight Timer app and live classes via the Wellness Coach ap. John has had awakenings throughout his life, from the age of six, as well as a full near-death experience that led him to wish to share these teachings with anyone who would benefit from them.
