A Silence Left Open: 2 (Shadow Myth)

A Silence Left Open
The Shadow Myth - Book Two
by Samuel Ludke

Eli Mercer refused to stop time.

Now the world must live with that choice.

As societies fracture under uncertainty, a powerful regime offers peace through perfect stillness-and builds a flawless city where suffering ends by never beginning. Some embrace it. Others resist. Many simply grow tired of choosing.

Eli does not destroy this solution.
He lets the world decide.

A Silence Left Open is a gripping philosophical science-fiction novel about control, consent, and the danger of clean endings. It asks what happens when power is refused-and whether freedom is worth the cost of continuing.

This is not a story about saving the world.
It's about trusting it to keep going.
