The Silent Algorithm (Paperback)

The Silent Algorithm is not just a book-it's a thought experiment in motion. Blending ancient Indian philosophical insights with modern questions around AI, intelligence, and consciousness, this book asks the question no one dares to: Does intelligence come with a soul-or is it just code running silently beneath everything?

From recursive feedback loops in neural networks to the Vedic idea of Rta as universal order... from the hard problem of consciousness to the limitations of machine learning... from karma as a consequence engine to the question of free will in deterministic systems-this book traverses disciplines, timelines, and the deepest puzzles of existence.

The author, Sandeep Chavan, builds a compelling bridge between artificial intelligence and ancient intelligence, showing how both are driven not by magic but by deeply embedded principles-many of which we've only begun to understand.

Highlights include:

• A complete redefinition of intelligence as a consequence of knowledge and awareness
• A philosophical dissection of why AI cannot simulate consciousness (yet)
• Side-by-side mapping of Samkhya's mental layers with modern cognitive science
• Explanations of recursive intelligence, yukti (strategic thought), and karma as optimization
• Exploration of cosmic intelligence, feedback loops, and whether the universe itself is learning

Whether you are an AI developer, a philosopher, a teacher, or just an inquisitive soul, this book will make you question what it truly means to "think." It will show you that intelligence-biological or artificial-is not the destination. It's the byproduct of something deeper: a silent, unfolding process powered by awareness, consequence, and connection.

A standalone sequel to The Unwritten Code, this book continues the author's mission to unify scientific reasoning with ancient insight-offering not just knowledge, but clarity.

In a world obsessed with creating smarter machines, The Silent Algorithm reminds us that the smartest system might be the one that doesn't speak-only shapes.

About the Author

Sandeep Chavan is a globally recognized author, independent physicist, and acclaimed industrial engineer with over two decades of multidisciplinary impact. Having served in leadership roles at multinational giants like Siemens, John Deere, and TATA, he has contributed extensively to advancements in industrial systems, manufacturing strategies, and operational excellence. Beyond industry, he has emerged as a visionary thought leader, actively redefining modern science, education, and global economic understanding.

As the creator of Universal Energy Dynamics (UED)-a radical scientific framework challenging the foundations of classical and modern physics-Chavan is leading a paradigm shift in how we perceive energy, matter, consciousness, and existence itself. His theory, now gaining traction in academic and independent circles, replaces outdated force-based models with ripple-field logic, offering a coherent explanation of gravity, light, time, and life as field consequences rather than absolutes.

Chavan's bestselling works span a wide range of topics-from the Indian economy and strategic investment to human behavior, decision-making, psychology, and spiritual science. His ability to decode complex subjects into practical wisdom has inspired readers globally. With more than 100 published books, several bestsellers, and featured placements on international platforms like Smashworld, his voice now echoes in the domains of science, philosophy, education, and self-transformation.

A passionate educator and founder of Gyrus Education, he has mentored thousands of students and professionals through lectures, seminars, and workshops, focusing on intellectual clarity, ripple-based psychology, and independent thinking in a rapidly changing world.

Sandeep's literary universe is not just informative-it's transformational. His works offer a new way to think, act, and align-with the universe, with others, and with oneself.
