A Near Fine volume in a Very Good price clipped Dust Jacket. No date on copyright page, probably mid-century/circa 1960s. Gently bumped upper corners and a previous owner bookplate on front free end-paper, else no markings at all. Illustrated with twenty-five wonderful line drawings by author. Dust Jacket has one corner clipped; has several tiny chips and creases along edges and mildly rubbed flap folds. A historical novel, set in the Middle Ages. Originally published in 1888. 175 pages. Hard to find issue. Mylar protected jacket.
