This wonderful compilation of interesting news stories from 1847 comes in 1/4 leather on its front and rear covers. The spine's leather is missing and thus the paper bindings are visible from the top to the bottom and outside of that, the leather is a bit soiled on the front and rear covers, and all four corners and all edges have worn areas on them. The interior book has no visible extraneous markings throughout it, has bindings that are still intact, and thus all printing and illustrations are in a well-preserved and enjoyable condition. Volumes I - VII will be available and listed separately.
