Simon the Slow Penguin

Simon is a little penguin who lives in the zoo with lots of other penguins. His Uncle George lived there too. Everyday when the zookeeper brought lunch, Simon isn't able to get the best fish he loves because he's slower than the other penguins. But he's one very determined penguin! Find out how he solves his problem in a most unique way!

A lifelong fan of books and storytelling, I read and write stories every chance I get. Our children's books can be found on Amazon and at www.cheer-ebooks.com. By day, I'm a hi-tech writer (www.excellemarcom.com, aka www.content-on-demand.com), where I enjoy writing for the world of technology. But my favorite stories are those from the heart -- in books, blogs, and literature. Cheer-ebooks' illustrator is my son Ryan who's 12 and a blossoming artist. He's been drawing since he could hold a crayon. Now he uses pencil to bring his creations (and our stories) to life. I'm enjoying seeing his skills grow! Be sure and check out the free coloring pages on our website featuring Ryan's drawings and our story characters. View his video as he talks about what it's like to be an avid reader (yay!) and illustrator. www.cheer-ebooks.com
