Simple Life Lessons From Adolescence to Adulthood: A Pocket Guide to Self-Fulfillment

A guide to self-fulfillment and self-acceptance through daily reinforcement of life lessons designed to carry adolescents into adulthood with purpose and conviction.

Tamara Burnett is an Author/Coach who understands the struggles of adolescents, teenagers, and adults, as she has experienced difficulties of her own. Instead of allowing these circumstances to deter her from loving herself and reaching personal goals, she used them as motivation to succeed. Throughout her journey, several people in her life encouraged her through her perceived deficiencies, preventing her from falling too low or even getting too high. Tamara’s goal in life is to encourage the youth in the same way, to a place of confidence and comfort in their abilities, with a heightened sense of self-esteem and thus self-fulfillment.
