Simple Morning and Evening Prayer for Families: And Introduction to the Liturgy of the Hours

DOES YOUR FAMILY HAVE 5-10 MINUTES A DAY AVAILABLE FOR PRAYER? The Morning and Evening prayer found in this book provide a simple means of integrating prayer into our daily routine. The prayers have been condensed to facilitate developing this habit into our busy or even hectic lives. Although the prayer is shorter than the full liturgy of the hours, the format remains essentially the same so the rhythm of the hours can feel like a natural part of the day. These Morning and Evening prayers are also a near effortless introduction to the liturgy of the hours. At the same time we are reading over 200 bible verses over the course of the year enriching our knowledge of Scripture.
