Synopsis
Eating is one of life's great pleasures and I want you to enjoy eating every time you eat. Hunger is the body's way of telling us we need food and this is a critical protection function of our natural system. You will never go hungry using my specially designed and developed techniques. My weight management technique uses every thing and every technique I have found to work and uses none of the fads or deprivation diets we all know do not work. I teach you a pain free, craving free, deprivation free, hunger free, surgery free, drug free, supplement free, anxiety free, easy to understand and easy to follow set of guidelines that, if followed reasonably closely (yes, you are allowed to lapse occasionally), will help you manage your weight successfully. It is important to state at the start that this is not a diet, diets do not work. This is also not strict or demanding and doesn't require lots of willpower or memory. My weight management system is based on the causes and reasons why we eat when we are not hungry and shows you easy ways to eliminate the anxiety and associated cravings. It allows you to set the pace and set the results. It is the only system I know of that puts you in total control of your weight. Why is it revolutionary? About the Author
Steve spent 20 years as a very successful Company CEO. He is now an equally successful trainer, author and therapy practitioner. In 2005, at 54 years old, he decided that if he didn't start to control his weight he would face significant health issues in later life. He had previously tried all varieties of system but none would fit into how he wanted to live his life. He made a commitment to develop a system that would suit him and many millions of people like him who wanted to enjoy life and eating without the issue associated with excessive weight. During Steve's quest for the 'holy grail' of weight management systems, he searched for techniques and methods that would provide all the positive elements that he wanted for himself such as losing weight, getting fitter, feeling better and looking better. He wanted these benefits without the normally associated negative consequences such as deprivation, supplements, diets, excessive exercise, rigid regimes, drugs, surgery, fads, etc. In fact, he wanted everything without having to pay for it. He wanted to be able to control his weight while living and thoroughly enjoying the modern lifestyle of a successful businessman. The system in this book is the fruition of Steve's work.
