The book was published by McGraw-Hill Book Company Company in 1972 and appears to be a First Printing of the Second Edition. It's not an ex-library copy, and both the book and the dustjacket are in very good + condition. The book has 361 pages with an Index, a Table of Contents, black-and-white illustrations throughout, and at the end of the book, a section of House Plans, Plates I to VI. Thank you.
