In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurde das Aufwaerm- und Rueckkuehlverhalten verschiedener HTSL-Bandleiter systematisch durch Experimente und Simulationen untersucht. Verschiedene Simulationsmodelle werden vorgestellt und auf ihre Eignung zur Nachbildung der typisch auftretenden Vorg�nge im Supraleiter ueberprueft. Daraus werden Empfehlungen fuer geeignete Simulationsmodelle abgeleitet. Durch die Variation einzelner Parameter werden verschiedene Einfluesse auf das Uebergangsverhalten des Leiters untersucht.
