About the Author

Gary D. Wilson is a native Kansan now living in Chicago. He is author of dozens of short fiction pieces that have appeared in such publications as Glimmer Train, Witness, Quarterly West, The William and Mary Review, and Kansas Quarterly, among others. This is his first published novel. Wilson holds an MFA degree from Bowling Green State University and has taught fiction writing at The Johns Hopkins University and the University of Chicago. He is married and has two sons.
