Single and Sixty: A Reflective and Sometimes Humorous Journey of One Woman's Quest to Deal with Divorce Later in Life

If you too are over 60 and divorced, you'll laugh at Janie J's mishaps and smile with her successes. Her story of surviving and learning to thrive after the sudden ending of her 35 year marriage will entertain and encourage you.

This is a true story a woman who ended her marriage but started living her own life. Far from a "woe is me" tale of divorce and single life, "Single and Sixty" reads more like an episode of Green Acres or I Love Lucy. From dealing with broken sprinklers in her nightie to trying botox to encountering the hot single man in a certain aisle in the drugstore, you'll laugh at Janie's adventures told with gentle, self-deprecating humor.

You'll also be inspired and encouraged by the lessons she learns along the way, from learning to count on friends and advisors to dealing with home repairs and facing the future alone.

This could be YOUR story or any woman who has found herself on the other side of a relationship and wondering what to do next with her life.

This book is a wonderful divorce party gift, a way to encourage any woman who is getting a divorce or a just a fun summer read!
