Don't Sit Up

One in four people who develop Severe Acute Pancreatitis will not survive.

Ray Snow shouldn't be here to tell this story. But he is.

In Don't sit up, Ray takes us inside the brutal reality of living through Severe Acute Pancreatitis and the lifelong shadow of its chronic form. With honesty, grit, and flashes of humour, he shares the procedures, the pain, the setbacks, and the small victories that defined his fight for survival.

This is not a medical textbook. It's a human survival story - raw and unfiltered. From the indignities of drains and stents to the euphoria of walking free on a beach in Corfu, Ray reveals what it really means to endure, to adapt, and to find joy again.

If you or someone you love is facing pancreatitis, this book offers more than information. It offers hope. It offers laughter in the dark. It offers the reassurance that while the journey is harsh, it is possible to fight, to endure, and to live again.

With love, strength, and determination - this is survival, in Ray's own words.
