F/VG+/1st. ed. Thirteen beautiful drawings of well known architectural sites, including the Memorial Library, Callaway Memorial Tower, LaGrange College, Hills and Dales (the Callaways' estate), the Municipal Pool (building), Glass's Bridge (covered), the Court House, and the Dodd House. There's a lovely drawing on one page, and on the facing page is a short discription and history of the building. Jacket is heavy green construction paper with a three hole tie with a few water spots on back cover. Interior is clean, with no wear or markings and no foxing. A wonderful example of community pride from 1935. And the only copy I've been able to find.
