12mo [5" x 7 3/8"], 458 pp with 8 additional page of publisher's advertisements. Bound in the publisher's original cloth with blind stamped decorative border. The book is in very good plus condition. The board are extremely well preserved with firm edges. Light fraying at the spine edges. Gift inscription in pencil on the front leaf. The frontispiece retains its original tissue-guard. The binding is cracked at pages 169, 179, and 289. Large dimple to the fore-edge of the textblock. The textblock is largely clean and remarkably bright. A clear plastic (mylar) cover is included for protection and display. Please view the many other rare titles available for sale at our store.
