Black covers with gold lettering on spine which is bright. International Library is blind stamped on the front cover. Covers exhibit moderate wear and fraying on corners and spine ends. Light wear, bumping and soiling to bottom and front edges. Wear on front hinge. Moderate shelf wear and soiling on covers. Text is yellowed due to age otherwise clean and unmarked, including the fold-out slide rule illustration. Hinges are tight. Light moisture staining to front edges of bfep's. "Gives in a clear, concise manner the information required to enable the average person to learn how to use the slide rule for making calculations involving multiplication, division, proportion, finding powers and roots and so on." All of our books are individually inspected and described. Never ex-library unless explicitly described as such.
