Slipper Goes to the Park (Slipper and Friends)

Slipper Goes to the Park is a cute way to introduce recycling to your kids! Slipper, the cat, and her friends decide to go to the park. All of the sudden, they find themselves involved in a serious and important activity. How will they react and what will they learn?

"Slipper Goes to the Park" is the third book in a series of Slipper and Friends books by Tess Rixen, a fourteen-year-old author who devotes most of her time to writing, and not nearly enough time to piano practicing. This time, Slipper and her friends, get inspired to make our communities cleaner and safer for everyone.

Through attractive color illustrations and easy-to-follow text, children will learn about recycling, the importance of the clean environment, and what role we all can and should play in the health of our world.
