Slipping Through the Cracks

Set in 21st century London, this classic portal fantasy moves between the world as we know it and a more mythic landscape. A songwriter, a teacher, a botanist, an artistic child and a well-meaning blunderer find themselves dealing with a very powerful adversary. Anne Lister's first novel weaves folklore and legend into the story, and demonstrates her fine-tuned storytelling skills. Anne is of course best known as a songwriter and singer, and a storyteller, and fans of her work will be delighted to read this tale.

Anne Lister was born in London, brought up in Wales and now again lives in Wales with her husband and their two cats. She is best known as a singer and songwriter, with eight albums of her songs available on CD and some of her songs travel in the repertoire of other singers on the folk circuit worldwide.
