About the Author

Paul J. Svec, CEO and co-founder of Team One Solutions, Inc. of San Leandro, CA, has 40 years of telecom industry experience spanning the full range of sales, management and executive roles. Paul has managed both direct and distribution business units for large international and national corporations such as NEC America and ROLM Corporation. He honed his entrepreneurial skills with a start-up MPLS network management company, AON Networks, as well as his own successful telecom business, PhoneMaster Communications. Paul is responsible for the day to day executive management of Team One Solutions. When not running the company, Paul and Dana are enthusiasts in the theater and arts community in San Francisco. Grandchildren, biking, hiking, birding, and our boxer Cassius fill up the weekend agendas. We really love to cook for our family and friends and can usually include some of our own produce from our garden.
