Just a Small Gathering, Volume I rediscovers the lost art of informally entertaining small groups of family and friends. The authors do not focus on the formal presentations and decorating aspects that make up the bulk of entertaining themed books currently available today. Instead, they have chosen to focus on families and couples that are either new to entertaining, or are beginning to entertain again, and have chosen to focus solely on the informal aspects of entertaining at home.About the Authors:David Kershner and Scott Boles partner together to bring you a comprehensive guide to informal entertaining. His passions for cooking and thirst for knowledge led him to several cooking and knife skills classes where he met Scott, the instructor. What he learned as he discovered he new found love of cooking lead him to write a fictional series dealing with the downfall of the American agricultural system and the aftermath that might possibly ensue.Scott is a trained chef that has applied his craft as the Head, or Executive, Chef at The Village of Breckenridge Resort, The Velvet Cloak Inn in Raleigh, North Carolina, and the Executive Dining for Disney. He currently owns and operates three Yabos Tacos restaurants in the Central Ohio area.
