Simon is also a Professor at the University of Latvia, Faculty of Business, Management and Economics. His research focus and consultancy is on Risk Management, Internal Audit and Compliance.

Kiran Sood is a Professor in Chitkara Business School, Chitkara University, Punjab, India.
