About the Author
Dr. Shubham Mahajan, a member of prestigious organizations such as IEEE, ACM, and IAENG. He earned his B.Tech. degree from Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University, his M.Tech. degree from Chandigarh University, his Ph.D. degree from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) in Katra, India. Currently, he serves as an Assistant Professor at Amity University, Haryana.
Dr. Mahajan has a remarkable track record in the field of artificial intelligence and image processing, holding an impressive portfolio of seventeen Indian patents, as well as one Australian and one German patent. Dr. Amit Kant Pandit is serving as Professor at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU), India. He is a Fellow IEI, Senior member of IEEE and MIR labs and has 22+ years of academic experience.
Dr. Paras Chawla received his B.Tech. (Honors) and M.Tech. degree from Kurukshetra University; NIT, Kurukshetra and Ph. D. from Thapar University, Patiala. Completed One year Online Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Purdue University, USA & master course program from IBM. I. General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Basic provisions
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts that you conclude with us as a provider (AHA-BUCH GmbH) via the Internet platforms AbeBooks and/or ZVAB. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of any of your own terms and conditions used by you will be objected to

§ 5 Choice of law, place of performance, place of jurisdiction
(1) German law shall apply. In the case of consumers, this choice of law shall only apply insofar as this does not withdraw the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the state of the consumer's habitual residence (principle of favourability).
(2) The place of performance for all services arising from the existing business relationships with us as well as the place of jurisdiction is our registered office, insofar as you are not a consumer, but a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law. The same applies if you do not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or the EU or if the domicile or habitual residence is not known at the time the action is brought. The right to appeal to the court at another statutory place of jurisdiction remains unaffected by this.
(3) The provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall expressly not apply.
