About the Author

Jan Weingarten is a software trainer and consultant in the Pacific Northwest. She has written or coauthored more than 20 books, including titles on SmartSuite, Windows, 1-2-3, Paradox, Excel, Microsoft Office, WordPerfect, and CorelDRAW!.;

Michael Meadhra is an author and consultant who writes about Windows and a variety of Windows programs. After several years of experience in the corporate world, he began writing monthly software journals, and now he writes books, such as this one. To date, he has coauthored or contributed to more than two dozen titles on topics such as DOS, Windows, Lotus Freelance Graphics, the Internet, and Quicken.
