Pastor Will Smith received his ministerial and theological training at Oakwood College (now Oakwood University) in Huntsville, AL. He has been a minister for over 30 years. Currently Pastor Smith is the director of Lifting As We Climb. This ministry teaches church members how to effectively lead souls to Christ and baptism through a series of Bible studies. God has blessed Pastor Smith to baptize over 1,200 souls during his 30 plus year ministry.
