Andy Hill is the founder of Life Compass, a coaching practice in Reno, Nevada, that specializes in business, career and life purpose. He works with clients across the United States. He is also a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst and is co-founder of EagleSphere, LLC, a coaching, consulting and training company.

Andy graduated from the State University of New York College at Buffalo with a B.S. in 1977. Later he went on to Portland State University to work on his MBA.

Hill has been in business management since 1978 and was the former director of technical communications at a Fortune 500 company.

Hill has two adult children attending college. His daughter, Jessalyn, attends the University of San Francisco. His son, Garrett, attends the University of Oregon.

Mike Kitson is the founder of OCG Creative, Inc., a creative branding and marketing agency that has helped more than 2,500 business executives, small business owners, and marketing professionals for nearly 20 years. He is co-founder of EagleSphere, LLC., a coaching, consulting and training company. Mike is a proud member of the prestigious worldwide Entrepreneur s Organization.

He graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in Journalism in 1992 with an emphasis in Advertising. Mike is coauthor of the Real Life Habits for Success® book series.
