Twelve days before retirement, Taipei police detective Wu is handed a curious case: a naval officer has been found dead in his hotel room. CHANG KUO-LI is an award-winning novelist, historian, poet, and playwright. He has published more than thirty books over the course of his career, many of which have been adapted for film and television. He lives in Taiwan.
