Be Still And Soar Finding Strength And Solace In Any Storm

What do you do when your life is turned upside down by the COVID pandemic?
How do you keep going when things all around you are falling apart?
Where do you find strength when fear and loss are tearing at your heart?

These are the questions many of us faced in early 2020. The months that followed wreaked havoc on our nervous systems and anxiety, depression, fear and overwhelm became rooted in our bodies and minds.

Nora began writing a newsletter to offer glimpses of hope and tips for staying calm amid the chaos. She learned that these issues of loss, pain, fear, isolation, and disappointment are universal life lessons from which we can grow at any time and in any situation.

Nora herself faced what felt like insurmountable challenges and learned how to confront them with calm, strength and resilience. Through her personal stories, powerful insights, and inspirational quotes, the readers will experience more calm, comfort and clarity.

By opening our hearts, slowing down, being vulnerable, reflective and honest, we can find strength and solace in any storm. We can deepen our understanding of who we really are by asking questions and listening from within to hear our own wisdom. This beautiful volume is a poignant reminder that we are all in this together; learning, loving, grieving, floundering and growing and is for anyone who may need a bit of hope, a moment of peace or a dose of wisdom.
