In addition, the key elements that affect the affectivity of the social capital will be investigated. This research is very relevant for the policy makers to expand to available range of theories in order to increase the organizational performance and deal with the dynamic environment. In addition to that, this might be a starting point to figure out how the management can affect the efficiency of the social capitals and the knowledge sharing.
